The JobShop module together with SAP Business One provides a comprehensive solution for control of projects. This add-on module manages the entire production environment, from bill of material to shopfloor control. It operates in both single and multi-plant environments, making it the ideal solution for growth-minded mid-sized manufacturers.
JobShop supports a variety of material tracking methods and is supported by associating products with unique tracking and control attributes such as lot numbers, expiration dates and quality control.
JobShop permits full control over all planning and production control activities including bill of material, routings, MRP, WIP accounting and shopfloor control. It supports both work order-based manufacturing and repetitive environments with backflushing.
JobShop is fully integrated with Sales, Purchasing, Inventory and Accounting. A centralized material planner workbench is included for releasing production requirements coming from MRP, sales orders and external forecasts. Cost updates from production control reporting automatically generate entries into the General Ledger.

The advanced picking and packing module eases the burden of preparing for shipments, ranging from routine local deliveries to loading of containers for export.
The picking list system consolidates multiple orders and prints a picking list optimized by product location for efficient picking and staging. Once picked, the picking list can easily be converted to a delivery order. For orders consisting of multiple packages, the package number, contents, quantities are printed on the delivery order.
